Refund & Return Policy

At DogDayz Apparel, we take pride in the quality of our vintage-inspired gear. Because our items are often printed or finished to order, we maintain a strict return policy.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please consult our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Factory Defects & Damaged Items

The only exception to our "No Refund" policy is in the case of a factory defect or a manufacturing error.

Eligibility

If your item arrives with a structural defect (e.g., holes, broken zippers) or a significant printing error that occurred during manufacturing, you are eligible for a replacement or a refund.

Reporting Window

You must notify us of the defect within 14 days of receiving your order.

Process

To report a defect, please email info@dogdayzapparel.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged area.

Resolution

Once the defect is verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Shipping & Handling

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For verified defective items, DogDayz Apparel will cover the cost of return shipping.
